On this 6-day/5-night program, students learn and explore the connection between U.S. and Native American history. Focused on giving students the skills and attitudes they need to advocate for issues important to them and their tribes, this program provides students with a first-hand look at the American political system and how it relates to current issues facing the American Indian community. On Close Up, students have the opportunity to:
